Before using EasyLive Lite products and services, you should read and abide by this "EasyLive Lite Service Agreement" ("this agreement") and "EasyLive Lite Privacy Policy". If you have any questions about any content of this agreement, you can ask our customer service for help at any time, and we will try our best to explain it to you; The answer to your inquiry and other reasons, claim that this agreement is invalid, or request to cancel this agreement.
Under this agreement, we presume that you are a legal entity in the Mainland of the People's Republic of China with full capacity for civil rights and the capacity to act in accordance with the civil acts you are engaged in, and you are not a legal entity of any country, international organization or region Objects subject to imposed trade restrictions, sanctions, or other laws and regulations (“Restricted Objects”). 1. Scope of Agreement
1.1 This agreement is an agreement between the user and EasyLive Lite regarding the use of EasyLive Lite services. Among them: "EasyLive Lite" refers to EasyLive Lite Technology Co., Ltd., which is also referred to as "we" in this agreement; "user" refers to the legal entity that meets the conditions of use under this agreement and uses EasyLive Lite services in accordance with this agreement. Also referred to in the Agreement as "you".
1.2 The content of this agreement also includes the "EasyLive Lite Privacy Policy", as well as the separate agreements, business rules, etc. that you need to follow when using certain services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "individual agreements") . Once the above content is released and becomes effective, it is an integral part of this agreement. Your acceptance of any part is deemed to be your acceptance of this agreement in its entirety.
1.3 In view of the need for software services to be optimized and upgraded from time to time, you understand and agree that EasyLive Lite will adjust or update this agreement from time to time according to the needs of business operations; relevant adjustments or updates will be issued from relevant announcements or notices It will take effect on the stated date. If you do not accept the relevant adjustments or updates, you should immediately stop using all EasyLive Lite services and inform us in writing; we will deal with you in matters related to the termination of this agreement according to the content before the update.
1.4 The EasyLive Lite service under this agreement is based on the "EasyLive Lite" brand series of smart IoT devices (hereinafter referred to as "EasyLive Lite devices"), and is provided by EasyLive Lite through its own distribution and after-sales service system, and EasyLive Lite website, client and other systems and software (hereinafter referred to as "EasyLive Lite software") collectively refer to various services provided to you, including but not limited to: Internet software technical services related to EasyLive Lite device network control ( hereinafter referred to as "EasyLive Lite cloud service"), etc. EasyLive Lite will continue to enrich the use terminals and provision forms of EasyLive Lite services. Unless otherwise stated to the contrary, this agreement will automatically apply.
2. EasyLive Lite account registration and management
2.1 EasyLive Lite account is a digital identification for using EasyLive Lite services, and its ownership belongs to EasyLive Lite. After the user completes the registration/activation process, EasyLive Lite will authorize the user to use the corresponding EasyLive Lite account to log in to the EasyLive Lite software and use the EasyLive Lite service in accordance with this agreement. Unless there is a separate written permission from EasyLive Lite, the right to use the EasyLive Lite account only belongs to the initial application registrant/user, and such rights are indivisible, non-transferable, non-sublicensable or licensed to others in any way .
2.2 You can apply for and register an EasyLive Lite account for free through each EasyLive Lite software. You must fill in the relevant registration information (including your legally owned and real-named mobile phone number, etc.) according to the prompts on the registration page, and set your own password.
2.3 You should understand and agree that the EasyLive Lite account registration information you provide is the only evidence to determine your association with the EasyLive Lite account and your identity. You must verify your account number and password by yourself Responsible for all activities and their consequences (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, ordering products or activating services, disclosing information, etc.). To this end, you must truthfully register and correctly use the EasyLive Lite account in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and this agreement, and properly keep and maintain relevant information (including EasyLive Lite account number, password, registration information and related information) authorization code, verification code, etc.). If you replace, suspend or terminate the use of the above information and/or related equipment, or encounter loss, leakage or theft, you should take necessary measures and inform EasyLive Lite in time to reduce possible losses; you I understand and agree that EasyLive Lite cannot bear any responsibility for this unless there is an effective judicial decision, and you must bear the relevant losses by yourself.
2.4 You guarantee that your registration information does not contain any false, wrong, illegal and harmful information, and you will strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations, this agreement and other individual agreements when registering and using your account agreement. Otherwise, EasyLive Lite has the right not to register, or to restrict, suspend or terminate your EasyLive Lite account right to use by taking measures such as notification within a time limit for correction, suspension of use, cancellation of registration, etc. EasyLive Lite will also report to the competent government department or disclose to the public according to law. Losses that may be caused to you due to the aforementioned restrictions, suspension or termination, reporting or disclosure (including but not limited to interruption of communication, emptying of user data, emails and virtual properties and related data, value-added services, products or services, etc. etc.), are at your own risk.
2.5 You understand and agree that if you have not logged in for more than 12 consecutive months after registering an EasyLive Lite account, EasyLive Lite has the right to reclaim the account for the purpose of optimizing management and other purposes.
2.6 You should know and understand that if your EasyLive Lite account is canceled or withdrawn, EasyLive Lite will deal with account-related content and information by itself, including but not limited to deletion, etc. You should The loss or responsibility for not backing up in time shall be borne by itself.
3. EasyLive Lite Service
3.1 You know and understand that different EasyLive Lite services may be provided to you by different legal entities, through different systems or software, and may also have different performances depending on the type of EasyLive Lite account you use, network environment, etc. Content or form; In addition, EasyLive Lite may also set some service usage conditions and/or rules based on operation or service quality assurance, such as service fees, etc. Therefore, EasyLive Lite hereby reminds you that you should carefully read the specific introduction and usage rules of each EasyLive Lite service before using it, and carefully judge whether to order or use. The aforementioned rules of use will be notified to you in the form of this agreement, individual agreements or system instructions. If there is a conflict of similar terms between the individual agreement and this agreement, the individual agreement shall prevail within the bounds of the individual agreement.
3.2EasyLive Lite grants you a non-transferable and non-exclusive license to the EasyLive Lite software. You can only use these software and services for the purpose of accessing or using EasyLive Lite services; in addition, you must obtain EasyLive Lite software from the official channel of EasyLive Lite, and ensure that you follow the prompt steps to install correctly, renewed on time. Otherwise, EasyLive Lite cannot guarantee that the relevant software can be used normally, and will not bear any responsibility for the losses caused to you except those clearly stipulated by law.
3.3 You should know and understand that using the EasyLive Lite service will consume resources such as processor and bandwidth of your terminal device, and may incur charges for data traffic and calls. To this end, you need to prepare relevant terminal equipment (such as computers, mobile terminals and necessary network access equipment, etc.) by yourself, and bear the required expenses (such as telephone charges, Internet access fees, etc.).
3.4 Under the EasyLive Lite service, EasyLive Lite may entrust a third-party partner to be responsible for certain specific implementation tasks, such as door-to-door service, third-party calling, etc. EasyLive Lite promises to properly supervise and manage its partners, but you should know and agree that When EasyLive Lite cannot provide you with agreed services due to third-party reasons, EasyLive Lite can be within the scope permitted by law Claiming to be exempted from liability, or requiring such third parties to directly assume relevant responsibilities to you, and the relevant responsibilities or obligations of EasyLive Lite will also be terminated after the third party has completed its performance.
3.5 Service Change, Suspension, Interruption or Termination
3.5.1EasyLive Lite is always changing and improving the service. In view of the particularity of e-commerce activities and network services and to ensure the security of service operations, etc., you understand and agree that EasyLive Lite may upgrade or adjust various EasyLive Lite services at any time , may lead to changes in some functional effects, the old service system cannot continue to be used, etc., or you may need to operate the relevant browser plug-ins, mobile client software, terminal equipment software, etc. separately. Relevant upgrades or adjustments will be released in the form of new versions of the service, system updates, etc. You should operate in a timely manner according to the prompts to avoid unnecessary losses caused by the inability to continue to use the service or the instability of the service.
3.5.2You understand and agree that EasyLive Lite may periodically or irregularly overhaul or maintain the platform supporting its services or related equipment, or replace relevant third parties , and may cause service interruption for a certain period of time. Regarding such interruption, EasyLive Lite will make an announcement in the EasyLive Lite software or service-related pages as far as possible in advance, or notify you in advance by email, short message, etc.; However, unless your losses are caused intentionally or negligently by EasyLive Lite Otherwise, EasyLive Lite will not be held responsible and the term of service will not be extended (if any).
3.5.3 In view of the particularity of network services, you agree that EasyLive Lite may terminate some or all of the services at any time. EasyLive Lite will promptly notify you by e-mail, short message, etc. after terminating part or all of the services, but EasyLive Lite will not be liable for such termination unless your losses are caused intentionally or negligently by EasyLive Lite alone. In addition, you can also actively terminate this service by canceling your account.
3.6 Advertising
In order for you to understand the various services of EasyLive Lite in a timely and comprehensive manner, You agree that EasyLive Lite can send and display to you by itself or by a third party through SMS, email or electronic information, etc. Advertising or other information (including commercial and non-commercial information (hereinafter referred to as "advertising"). EasyLive Lite promises to carry out advertising business in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and EasyLive Lite reminds you Prudently judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertisement, and EasyLive Lite will not be responsible for the consequences of your actions due to the advertisement, except as clearly stipulated by law.
3.7 Data backup
You are responsible for backing up your own data stored on the Service. If your service is terminated, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, EasyLive Lite will permanently delete your data from the server, and cannot provide or return the data to you.
3.8 Third-party services
For the convenience of users, EasyLive Lite may access third-party websites or services under some EasyLive Lite software. You know and understand that, unless otherwise specified by EasyLive Lite, these websites or services are not provided to you by EasyLive Lite, and you should judge their security and availability by yourself, and bear the relevant risks and responsibilities yourself.
Fourth, single service usage rules
4.1EasyLive Lite cloud service
4.1.1 Under the EasyLive Lite cloud service, users can add EasyLive Lite devices (or other devices supported by EasyLive Lite) to their EasyLive Lite account through the EasyLive Lite client, and perform remote operations on the added devices, including Preview, replay, record, and screenshot the video shot by the device, perform basic services such as real-time intercom with the personnel on the device through the EasyLive Lite client, and value-added services based on specific demand scenarios such as EasyLive Lite cloud storage; Among them, Some services may only be available on a specific number or model of devices, please refer to the actual instructions of EasyLive Lite for details.
4.1.2Most value-added services will be provided in the form of pre-payment, and after the purchase is successful, it does not support return or replacement of the corresponding EasyLive Lite account. In addition, in addition to the necessary bandwidth and other resources, some value-added services may also have certain requirements on your EasyLive Lite client settings, communication conditions, etc.EasyLive Lite will pass a single Agreements or service introductions, order notices, etc. remind you of the above charging standards and conditions of use, and you should read them carefully and order carefully.
4.1.3EasyLive Lite cloud service is only for legal, proper and non-commercial purposes. You should ensure that you do not use this service to engage in any illegal, infringing or profit-making activities, and independently and completely assume full responsibility for the behavior of ordering and using this service.
4.1.4 In view of the characteristics of the open environment of the Internet, and the device itself can be exposed to public places, we especially remind you to pay attention to the safety of using the open or public environment,specific Including but not limited to:
(1) Device sharing. Certain individual services of the EasyLive Lite cloud service allow you to share device video viewing and device control permissions with others. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, we recommend that you only open sharing to family members and other users who really need joint management, and carefully control the scope and time of opening;
(2) Real-time video preview or video screen analysis. You should understand that using this function in an open place may expose you to other people's information. In order to protect the order of the public environment and avoid unnecessary interference to others, EasyLive Lite recommends that you pay careful attention to the installation environment of the monitoring device, and only enable relevant functions when necessary.
At the same time, you should understand and agree that EasyLive Lite will not and cannot control the way you use it. You should carefully decide whether to use the relevant functions and bear the relevant losses or responsibilities yourself.
4.1.5 In addition, you understand and agree that although EasyLive Lite cloud service can enable you to understand monitoring equipment information and manage equipment more timely and conveniently, EasyLive Lite (and EasyLive Lite entrusted The third party, if any) is not on-site at your device, and cannot prevent or prevent message reminders from triggering events, and may also generate false positives due to technical identification or misjudgment; Personal and property safety.
V. User Code of Conduct
5.1 You agree to abide by the "seven bottom lines" of laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, legitimate interests of citizens, public order, social morality, and information authenticity, and do not use EasyLive Lite account Or the EasyLive Lite website, EasyLive Lite software and services to produce, reproduce, publish, disseminate any content that violates laws and regulations, or violates the legal rights of other users or third parties, including but not limited to:
5.1.1 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that violates national laws and regulations:
(1) Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining the state's religious policy, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetting crimes;
(8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, processions, demonstrations, gathering crowds to disrupt social order;
(10) Activities in the name of illegal civil organizations;
(11) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
5.1.2 Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes other legal rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets;
5.1.3 Involving other people's privacy, personal information or data;
5.1.4 Publish, transmit, disseminate harassment, advertising information, excessive marketing information and spam or contain any sexual or sexual implications;
5.1.5 Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, or interferes with the normal operation of EasyLive Lite and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
5.2 You agree to use the EasyLive Lite website, EasyLive Lite software and EasyLive Lite services in accordance with this agreement and individual agreements, system rules, etc., and will not engage in any damage to the EasyLive Lite service system or infringement of the EasyLive Lite legal including but not limited to:
5.2.1 According to the EasyLive Lite website, EasyLive Lite software and EasyLive Lite services through third-party compatible software, system login or use of the EasyLive Lite website, EasyLive Lite software and EasyLive Lite services not developed, authorized or approved by EasyLive Lite Use plug-ins not developed, authorized or certified by EasyLive Lite;
5.2.2 Delete all information and content about copyright on EasyLive Lite software and other copies;
5.2.3 Reverse engineering, reverse assembly and reverse compilation of EasyLive Lite software;
5.2.4 With regard to the EasyLive Lite website, EasyLive Lite software related information, etc., without the written consent of EasyLive Lite, including but not limited to the following acts: renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing , publication, establishment of mirror sites, unauthorized use of EasyLive Lite website and EasyLive Lite software to develop related derivative products, works, services, plug-ins, plug-ins, compatibility, interconnection, etc.;

5.3 You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your registered EasyLive Lite account, including any content you publish and any consequences arising therefrom. At the same time, you should understand and agree that EasyLive Lite cannot control your usage behavior, but EasyLive Lite has the right to refuse to provide services for illegal or infringing usage behavior, therefore, If EasyLive Lite discovers or receives complaints, reports, etc. that your use of EasyLive Lite services does not comply with laws and regulations or does not comply with this agreement, it has the right to independently identify your behavior and applicable rules and deal with it accordingly. Including warnings, refusal to publish, deletion of information, restriction of functions, suspension of updates, suspension of services, termination of services until account closure, reporting to relevant regulatory authorities or state agencies, requesting you to compensate for losses, etc., and keeping relevant records; Any claims made by third parties shall also be solely borne by you. 5.4 If you are in In the process of using EasyLive Lite service, if you find that other users have uploaded or published illegal and infringing content, etc., which violate the law or this agreement, you can contact EasyLive Lite directly, and we will verify and deal with it as soon as possible.
6. User Information Protection
6.1 Protecting user information security is a basic policy of EasyLive Lite. If you are an individual user, EasyLive Lite will collect, store, use, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with the "EasyLive Lite Privacy Policy", and guarantee your access to personal information, correction, deletion, cancellation and other rights. If you are an enterprise user, we will protect your business secrets in accordance with the law and will not provide them to the outside world without your consent.
6.2 EasyLive Lite attaches great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. EasyLive Lite reminds again, If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must sign this agreement, use EasyLive Lite services or provide Personal Information to EasyLive Lite with the consent of your guardian; if your guardian If you do not agree to the aforementioned operations, please stop using our services immediately and notify us in time so that we can take corresponding measures. If you are the guardian of a minor and believe that your guardian has used the EasyLive Lite service or provided us with a personal information account without consent, please inform EasyLive Lite in time, and we will close the account or Operations such as information deletion.
7. Ownership of intellectual property rights, content and trademarks
7.1EasyLive Lite respects intellectual property rights and pays attention to protecting the rights enjoyed by users. During the use of EasyLive Lite service, you may provide content to EasyLive Lite by uploading, publishing and other means. In such event, you still retain full intellectual property rights to such content.
7.2 The content provided by EasyLive Lite through the EasyLive Lite website and EasyLive Lite software includes but is not limited to: text, software, sound, photos, videos, charts, etc. uploaded/provided by non-users. All these contents belong to EasyLive Lite and related rights holders, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other property ownership laws. Therefore, you can only use the content under the authorization of EasyLive Lite and related rights holders, and you cannot copy, reproduce or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.
7.3EasyLive Lite, Tiandy, etc., and other logos of EasyLive Lite are trademarks of EasyLive Lite (hereinafter referred to as "EasyLive Lite Logo"). Without the prior written consent of EasyLive Lite, you may not display or use or otherwise process the EasyLive Lite logo in any way, nor indicate to others that you have the right to display, use, or otherwise have the right to process EasyLive Lite identified behavior.
7.4 The intellectual property rights of the above and any other content contained in this service are protected by laws and regulations. Without the written permission of EasyLive Lite, users or relevant rights holders, no one may use or create related derivative works in any form.
VIII. Disclaimer
8.1 You understand and agree that the EasyLive Lite website and EasyLive Lite software, like most websites and Internet software, may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.; may also be intruded by various security issues, including but not limited to others illegally using user information to carry out harassment in reality; other software downloaded and installed by users or other websites visited by users may contain viruses, Trojan horse programs or Other malicious programs threaten the information and data security of your terminal equipment, and then affect the normal use of the EasyLive Lite website and EasyLive Lite software, etc. Therefore, you should strengthen your awareness of information security and personal information protection, and pay attention to password protection to avoid losses.
8.2 Maintaining the security and normal use of the website and software is the joint responsibility of EasyLive Lite and you. EasyLive Lite will reasonably and prudently take necessary technical measures to protect your information and data security in accordance with industry standards. However, you acknowledge and agree that EasyLive Lite cannot provide complete guarantees in this regard.
8.3EasyLive Lite website or EasyLive Lite software may contain products or services provided by third parties. When you use the products or services provided by a third party, in addition to complying with this agreement, you shall also abide by the third party's user agreement. EasyLive Lite and the third party shall bear their respective responsibilities for possible disputes within the scope of legal provisions and agreements.
8.4 You understand and agree that using EasyLive Lite services or obtaining any information and content through EasyLive Lite services is based on your independent judgment, and EasyLive Lite may provide information about service ordering or use Consultation or guidance will not replace your independent judgment at any time, nor should it be construed as a promise or guarantee of EasyLive Lite. 8.5 You agree that EasyLive Lite shall not be liable for any interruption or termination of the EasyLive Lite website or EasyLive Lite software due to force majeure. The force majeure referred to in this agreement includes: natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations or government instructions, reasons unique to the characteristics of network services, such as failures of domestic and foreign basic telecommunications operators, computer or Internet-related technical defects , Internet coverage restrictions, computer viruses, hacker attacks and other factors, and other unforeseen, unavoidable and insurmountable objective conditions within the legal scope.
9. Third-party software or technology
9.1 EasyLive Lite website may use third-party technology, and EasyLive Lite software may also use third-party software or technology (including open source codes and public domain codes that EasyLive Lite software may use, the same below), such Use has been legally authorized.
9.2 If the EasyLive Lite website or EasyLive Lite software uses third-party software or technology, EasyLive Lite will, in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, for related agreements or other documents, may be included in the EasyLive Lite software through the attachment of this agreement The installation package is packaged in a specific folder, or displayed through an open source software page, etc., and they may be expressed in "software license agreement", "authorization agreement", "open source code license" or other forms. The above-mentioned relevant agreements, other documents and web pages displayed in various forms are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.You should Comply with these requirements. Otherwise, you may face lawsuits, fines or other sanctions brought against you by the third party or state agency, and you shall bear relevant legal responsibilities yourself.
9.3 Any dispute arising from the third-party software or technology used by the EasyLive Lite website or EasyLive Lite software shall be resolved by the third party. Except for effective judicial decisions, EasyLive Lite disclaims all liability. In addition, EasyLive Lite does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology, if you need support, please contact the third party.
10. Notice
